Terms of Service
RingSafe is a subscription AI receptionist: we answer missed or forwarded calls for your business, collect a callback, and text you the lead. Fees are whatever you agree at signup (currently listed on ringsafe.us). We may change list prices for new customers; your rate stays as agreed until we give notice. Billing is monthly in advance unless we say otherwise. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
SMS alerts
By giving RingSafe your mobile number at signup (on a call with our team or in writing), you consent to receive automated transactional texts about calls we handled for your business. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Frequency depends on how many calls we answer. Reply STOP to cancel SMS, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to forward or publish the RingSafe number. You must not use the service for unlawful content. You keep the relationship with your customers; RingSafe does not perform plumbing or other trade work.
Limitation
The service is provided as available. We are not liable for missed jobs, carrier SMS delays, or call quality beyond reasonable operation of the platform.
