Effective September 2, 2026 · ringsafe.us

RingSafe (“we”) provides an AI phone receptionist for U.S. home-service businesses. This policy describes how we handle information.

What we collect

From business owners who subscribe: name, business name, mobile number, email, and call-alert preferences. From callers to a subscriber’s RingSafe number: name, callback number, address if given, and a short description of the issue, solely to notify the owner.

How we use it

We use owner mobile numbers only to send transactional SMS alerts about calls we answered for that business (caller name, number, problem, urgency). We do not sell lists or send marketing SMS. Call data is used to operate the service and optional weekly summaries.

SMS

Message frequency varies with inbound call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is sent via our messaging provider (Twilio).

Sharing

We share data with vendors needed to run the product (voice, SMS, payments, hosting). We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep account and call-alert records while the subscription is active and for a limited period afterward as required for operations, disputes, or law.
